You will manage cases from inception through resolution, draft pleadings, and advocate in hearings to protect property owner interests.

This hybrid role offers meaningful litigation experience, mentorship, and a competitive compensation package of $150,000 to $200,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar license and JD required.
• 4+ years of unlawful detainer experience representing landlords.
• Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and eviction procedures.
• Hands-on litigation, negotiation, and courtroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage unlawful detainer and landlord-tenant litigation from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Represent landlord clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and provide practical guidance to property owners.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to achieve outcomes.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.
