Job summary

McLaughlin Sanchez LLP seeks a sharp paralegal to own a caseload in landlord/tenant law across California. You will handle discovery/eDiscovery, trial prep, and draft motions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role offers remote work with proximity to the LA area for courthouse support.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in unlawful detainers and strong organization, written/verbal communication, and a solid grounding in applicable laws and procedures. Paralegal certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of landlord/tenant law and unlawful detainers.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently with attention to detail.
• Solid grounding in relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Litigation and trial support experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Unlawful Detainer experience or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program.
