McLaughlin Sanchez LLP is seeking a sharp paralegal with 4+ years of landlord/tenant law and unlawful detainers to take ownership of a caseload in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a fully remote role, with the requirement to support the team from the Los Angeles area around the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

You will handle discovery/eDiscovery management, trial preparation, drafting motions, and deposition support, collaborating with attorneys to build winning strategies.

Formación

• 4+ years of landlord/tenant law and unlawful detainers.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently with attention to detail.
• Solid grounding in relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Litigation and trial support experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Unlawful Detainer experience or Paralegal Certification from an accredited program.
