Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to partner with business and technology teams, implementing and supporting infrastructure and applications across cloud environments. What role will you play?

In this role you will partner with business and technology teams to implement and support infrastructure and application solutions that meet evolving business needs. You will help build and enhance our DevOps and site reliability capabilities while supporting core platforms, cloud environments and automation initiatives. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams across our global technology organization to improve system stability, security and operational efficiency.

What You Offer

• 8–10 years’ of experience working with Linux systems administration, engineering and support.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container management platforms, including environments such as EKS or GKE.
• Strong automation and scripting experience using tools and languages such as Python, Ansible or Golang.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, including tools such as ArgoCD, and experience working with public cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure.
• Strong development and troubleshooting skills, with experience supporting reliable platforms and collaborating across global technology teams.
