Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a 12-month contract in Houston. The role focuses on day-to-day CRM operation, backlog management, and delivering enhancements to support client onboarding and servicing.
You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to balance ongoing support with strategic improvements to the CRM platform. Requirements include 5+ years of Salesforce experience, expertise in workflows, data governance, and cross-team coordination.

We work closely with business and technology teams to ensure our CRM platform operates effectively, supports business priorities, and continues to evolve to meet changing needs. By combining operational excellence with continuous improvement, we help drive efficient workflows, data integrity, and a seamless user experience across the platform.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 4 days a week in our advertised location.

As a 12 month contractor you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation and ongoing enhancement of our CRM platform, ensuring it effectively supports business-critical processes and delivers a reliable experience for stakeholders. Acting as a key link between business users and technology teams, you will manage platform priorities, resolve complex issues, and balance operational support with strategic improvement initiatives.
You will oversee the platform backlog, prioritizing work based on business impact and urgency while maintaining continuity for activities that support client onboarding, transaction execution, and client servicing. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize platform performance, and increase automation, helping the business operate more efficiently and effectively. Reporting to the CRM Product Owner, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to drive outcomes that support business growth and operational excellence during your 12 month contract.
