Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited in New York is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to support Agile delivery across product and platform teams. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers and help teams deliver value efficiently.

You will coach teams on Agile practices, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with product owners and engineering to plan and forecast commitments. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager working with Product Owners and engineering teams.
• Experience with Investment Banking or Private Credit.
• Proven experience applying Agile delivery practices across multiple teams and global locations.
• Strong facilitation skills guiding teams in the adoption of Agile principles and practices.
• Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, delivery challenges and forecasting activities.

What role will you play?

In this role you will support Agile delivery across product and platform teams, helping teams deliver value efficiently and consistently. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery blockers and help manage risks, dependencies and commitments across stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to coach teams on Agile practices, support planning activities and promote continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

What you offer

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, working closely with Product Owners and engineering teams.
• Experience with Investment Banking or Private Credit
• Proven experience applying Agile delivery practices and supporting Agile ways of working and experience delivering complex projects across multiple teams and global locations.
• Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to guide teams in the adoption of Agile principles and practices.
• Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, delivery challenges and forecasting activities to support successful outcomes.
