Job summary

Macquarie is seeking a Scrum Master/Project Manager to support Agile delivery across product and platform teams in a global financial services environment. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers and help manage risks, dependencies and commitments across stakeholders.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements, exposure to investment banking contexts, and opportunities to coach teams on Agile practices while collaborating with business and technology partners to improve delivery

Qualifications

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with Investment Banking or Private Credit is beneficial.
• Strong track record applying agile delivery practices and leading multi-team coordination.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills to guide teams.
• Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies and delivery blockers.

What role will you play?

In this role you will support Agile delivery across product and platform teams, helping teams deliver value efficiently and consistently. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery blockers and help manage risks, dependencies and commitments across stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to coach teams on Agile practices, support planning activities and promote continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

What you offer

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, working closely with Product Owners and engineering teams.
• Experience with Investment Banking or Private Credit
• Proven experience applying Agile delivery practices and supporting Agile ways of working and experience delivering complex projects across multiple teams and global locations.
• Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to guide teams in the adoption of Agile principles and practices.
• Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, delivery challenges and forecasting activities to support successful outcomes.
