Qualifications

• 2+ years in 2nd/3rd line application support with strong functional analysis skills.
• Willingness to join a 24/7 on-call support rotation.
• Proficient with SQL and MySQL; able to work in Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python or Perl.
• Solid understanding of Ethernet networking and TCP/IP; familiar with REST APIs.

Responsibilities
