IntelliPro in the United States, SF Bay Area, seeks a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter focused on PhD internships and new graduate roles. You will source, screen, and guide candidates through the entire hiring process while building pipelines from scratch. As a strategic partner to hiring managers, you’ll help design compensations conversations and promote the IntelliPro brand at networking events and meetups, leveraging market knowledge to attract top talent.

Job description

1.Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Youare responsible for sourcing and hiring talent across all teams, with a primary focus on PhD internship and New Grad tech roles. This includes building pipelines from scratch and guiding candidates through the entire hiring process.

2.Strategic Business Partnership: This role involves acting as a key partner to hiring managers and various teams to build high-performance teams. You'll also serve as a

knowledgeable resource on HR-related topics like benefits and compensation.

3.Industry Expertise & Brand Promotion:You are expected to have deep, up-to-date knowledge of the market, target companies, and open-source communities. You'll use this expertise to attract top talent and promote the company brand at networking events and meetups.
