Job summary

Amazon's AUTA Field Recruiting team seeks an exceptionally talented recruiter to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth. The Recruiter will work with a team of Full Lifecycle Recruiters, Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, strategy development and will act as client lead for supported groups.

The role needs to be based in Seattle, Nashville, or Arlington. This is not a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with full lifecycle recruiters, Industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an on early career talent strategy.
• Ability to develop a recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process that scales.
• Build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
• Develop strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of Amazon and implement new processes.
• Facilitate candidate interview events. Travel is required.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques.
