Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive systems analysis experience, preferably in higher education.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• IIBA BA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write system requirements and specifications; translate needs for stakeholders and vendors.
• Lead complex software customization and system implementations from start to finish.
• Analyze data flows, interfaces, and data migration across university systems.
• Define data requirements and design database structures with stakeholders.
• Develop QA/testing strategies and manage post‑implementation reviews.
• Guide project scope, resources, and timelines to ensure on‑time delivery.
