American Credit Acceptance is seeking a University Relations Recruiter to build relationships with colleges, partner with hiring teams, and manage recruiting for interns and early-career talent. You’ll create a positive candidate experience and strengthen ACA’s pipeline across campuses.

You’ll represent ACA on campus and virtually, plan career fairs and events, and manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers. This role includes travel up to 30% and supports internship programming.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, University Relations, campus recruiting, or related Talent Acquisition.
  • Familiarity with Handshake, LinkedIn, an ATS, or similar technologies.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple roles, events, deadlines, and candidate pipelines.

American Credit Acceptance (ACA) is looking for a University Relations Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire the next generation of talent. You’ll build relationships across campus, partner with hiring teams, and manage recruiting for interns and early-career talent while creating a positive candidate experience and strengthening ACA’s early-talent pipeline.


What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Position Details

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position operating in a professional office environment. Schedule flexibility may be needed based on recruiting activities and business needs.


Travel

Up to 30%, with increased travel during peak fall and spring recruiting seasons.
