Job summary

American Credit Acceptance (ACA) is seeking a University Relations Manager to lead our University Relations and Early Talent strategy and shape how we attract, hire, and develop the next generation of talent.

You’ll lead our University Relations team, build partnerships across the business and on campus, own ACA’s internship program, and oversee the full early-talent recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding while partnering with Marketing to strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in University Relations or related field.
• Experience leading early-talent programs and strategy.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Strong relationship-building and communication across all levels.
• Experience with ATS/CRM and analytics for recruiting.
