Job summary

THE·TEAM seeks a Manager, University Relations to drive college campus partnerships across North America. You will build relationships with campus contacts, guide activations, and coordinate multi-team execution from strategy to delivery.

The role requires 0–3 years in events/experiential marketing, willingness to travel, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in events or experiential marketing.
• Ability to travel to events.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business, marketing goals, and program objectives.
• Build solid business relationships with key campus contacts and learn the ins-and-outs of each assigned school.
• Partner with Client Services to execute client needs and provide campus-specific recommendations for tactics and activations.
• Assist in managing client program execution, including budget reconciliations, reporting metrics, and wrap reports.
• Serve as a liaison between campus contacts, program leads, and clients to develop and execute on-campus activations.
