Job summary

Chaminade University of Honolulu is seeking a Registrar to provide strategic leadership for academic records, registration, transfer credit evaluation, degree audits, and degree conferral. The Registrar partners with multiple offices to ensure timely student progress and compliant operations.

The role supervises the Records team, oversees system configurations, and drives process improvements to reduce enrollment barriers while maintaining data integrity across programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education administration, or related field.
• Minimum seven years in registrar/academic records roles in higher education.
• Strong knowledge of FERPA and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Records team and oversee academic records, registration, grading and degree conferral.
• Coordinate transfer credit evaluation and degree audits with Stellic and related systems.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of student records across undergraduate, graduate, and programs.
