The role reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success and leads the Records team to drive efficient operations, policy

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven+ years in a higher education registrar or academic records function.
• Three to five years of supervisory or management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of registrar operations and FERPA obligations.
• Ability to interpret policies and translate them into procedures and system configurations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Records team, oversee daily office operations and staffing priorities.
• Oversee registration, grading, transcript services, degree audits and degree conferral.
• Manage transfer credit evaluation and degree audit accuracy across systems.
• Coordinate catalog publication, calendars, course scheduling, and policy implementation.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance across systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Admissions, Financial Aid and IT to support student success.
