This role is remote-friendly, candidates from any remote U.S. location are welcome to apply.

As a University Recruiter (Contract), you will be an integral part of the early career hiring process. You will focus on full cycle recruiting for Software Engineering Interns and New Grads while providing a stellar candidate experience.

The impact you will have:

• Full-cycle recruiting from source to close for technical intern and new grad candidates
• Partner with UR Team to assist with team matching and allocation
• Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity

What we look for

• A proven track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early in career technical candidates with a top-tier candidate experience
• A focus on efficient and effective recruiting processes supporting a diverse candidate pool

This is an hourly contract role intended for July-December, with the possibility of extension or shortening at any time.

Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) listed below represent the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation depends on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and location. The total package may include bonuses, equity, and benefits. For details by location, visit here.

Zone 1 Pay Range: $45—$60 USD

Zone 2 Pay Range: $40—$55 USD

Zone 3 Pay Range: $35—$50 USD

Zone 4 Pay Range: $30—$45 USD
