East Carolina University seeks a professional to support the Continuing and Professional Education unit. Job Duties:
This position supports the Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) unit within the Office of Innovation and Engagement, reporting to the director of CPE. Responsibilities include program development and management, support services, and daily operations to increase enrollment and revenue, and support adult learners. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, independence, and interpersonal skills, along with knowledge of ECU policies and customer service excellence. Tasks include managing communications, program scheduling, instructor coordination, program administration, and event support. Occasional evening, weekend, and overnight travel may be required.
The position’s specific duties include:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience or equivalent training/experience from an accredited institution.
License/Certification: None required.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in adult education, instructional technology, or curriculum design; two years of program management experience; familiarity with continuing education programs; strong management, communication, and computer skills.
