Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree plus two years' experience in higher education technology services.
• Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, multi-task, and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to university users via walk-ins, phone, and email.
• Log, track, escalate, and resolve work orders with timely updates to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and service issues and report data for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain call tracking tools and processes with IT leadership.
• Supervise student workers and train staff for the university helpdesk.
• Collaborate with instructional technology and other IT staff for consistency.
• Assist with special projects and participate in professional growth activities.
