Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in business development, consultative sales, account management, enrollment management, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong strategic planning and territory management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of territory strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and inquiry generation.
• Recruit, coach, and lead University Development Counselors to meet performance goals.
• Cultivate relationships with community organizations, employers, and educational partners.
• Monitor territory performance and optimize activities using data and forecasting.
• Lead geographically dispersed teams and travel as needed.
