Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in business development, consultative sales, account management, enrollment management, or related field.
• Previous people leadership experience with demonstrated success coaching and developing teams.
• Strong strategic planning and territory management skills; ability to align resources with objectives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Territory Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute territory plans to boost awareness, engagement, and inquiry generation; oversee events and partnerships.
• Team Leadership and Coaching: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of University Development Counselors; conduct performance reviews.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with community orgs, employers, and educational partners.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor territory performance via reporting and data analysis to improve conversion and efficiency.
• Leadership in a Remote Environment: Guide a geographically dispersed team with strong communication and accountability.
