Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: educate members on products and services and recommend financial solutions
• Transactions & Problem Solving: assist with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and inquiries
• Cash Handling: balance a cash drawer and process daily transactions
• Branch Operations: support opening/closing and branch balancing
