COMMUNICATION: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language, including medical terminology related to the job.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to access the work area and safely perform the duties of the job. Vision and hearing within normal limits (with or without correction). Must have unrestricted lift/push/pull ability of 50 pounds, demonstrating strength and agility at Tabitha’s discretion.
AGE REQUIREMENT: At least age 16.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 6 months experience as an aide or caregiver preferred.
Credentials: CNA certification in good standing as demonstrated by inclusion on the Nebraska State Registry required or, must be willing to obtain CNA certification within 6 months of hire. MA-40 certification preferred. If utilizing MA-40 certification, CPR is required. All certifications must be kept up to date at the employee's expense. Must meet Tabitha’s vaccination requirements.
