Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months Teller experience or 1 year customer service with 6 months cash handling.
• Preferred: FNBA experience.
• Knowledge of personal computer operation; 35 wpm; 10-key calculator.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports; speak with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provides consistent, exceptional service and assists customers to enhance branch experience.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer products and promotes cross-sell opportunities.
• Explains account-related questions and refers customers to FNBA specialists.
• Processes financial transactions per procedures, including mail, night depository, and account closures.
• Balances cash drawer and cash recyclers/ATMs.
• Processes lines of credit, cash shipments and wire transfers.
• Adheres to branch schedule and completes mandatory compliance training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
