Job Summary

The Universal Teller I is responsible for processing customer bank transactions and delivering the "IBC Experience" through excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining a balanced cash drawer, building customer relationships, and identifying banking products and services to meet customer needs.

Essential Job Functions

• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide friendly customer service to deliver the IBC Experience
• Balance cash drawer and perform end-of-day procedures
• Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
• Achieve sales and referral goals
• Participate in product and service initiatives
• Attend meetings and assist with branch procedures
• Handle foreign currency transactions
• Follow procedures to minimize errors and losses
• Resolve customer transaction issues
• Operate teller equipment
• Assist with branch opening/closing procedures
• Support training for team members
• Be flexible to report to different branches as needed
• Perform sales functions and other duties as assigned
