Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of general and specialized banking experience.
• Completion of CSR and RSA retail training programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a customer service window with sales and platform duties.
• Process deposits and withdrawals, verify endorsements, issue receipts.
• Balance window cash daily and assist in ATM settlement.
• Develop customer profiles and cross-sell products to meet sales goals.
• Complete NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act requirements and maintain proper documentation.
