Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year frontline banking experience.
• Or equivalent work experience in sales, customer service, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in opening new deposit accounts (personal and business) and handle related maintenance.
• Accept and process deposits, verify amounts, endorsements, and negotiability; process withdrawals.
• Recognize sales opportunities and refer customers for loans, Merchant Card, and Cash Management Services.
• Handle stop payments, address changes, research requests, check ordering, and wire transfers.
• Cashes checks, processes payments on loans, and sells monetary instruments.
