Responsibilities

Assist customers financially by delivering loan products with complete packages to minimize exceptions.
Identify opportunities and make referrals to cross-sell banking products and services across the bank.
Educate customers on options for managing transactions using technology and available resources.
Apply product and service knowledge to solve customer problems.
Process deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.
