Qualifications

• 1+ years of lending experience.
• NMLS License required.
• Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to uncover and provide solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive needs-based sales conversations through customer interactions, including service to sales, teller interactions and appointment setting.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of retail banking products and services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and cultivate new ones by addressing customers' needs.
• Assist customers financially by delivering loan products with complete packages to minimize exceptions.
• Identify opportunities and make referrals to cross-sell banking products and services across bank areas.
• Educate customers on managing transactions using technology and available tools.
• Apply product knowledge to solve customer problems and ensure accurate, confidential processing of deposits and withdrawals.
