Qualifications

• Proficient in using multiple software applications and banking systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build customer relationships and cross-sell Firstrust products.
• NMLS license or Notary is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide world-class service as the single point of contact for walk‑in customers.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and inquiries with accuracy and compliance.
• Cross-sell Firstrust products and educate customers on financial solutions.
• Maintain cash limits, handle large sums of cash, and perform cash settlements as needed.
• Collaborate with team and support branch leadership to meet goals.
