In this role you will assist business, nonprofit, and consumer clients with deposits, loans, and account services while identifying needs and referring to appropriate bank partners to grow relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED obtained; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a financial institution or equivalent.
• Previous teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience providing high-quality customer service.
• Close attention to detail.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Ability to count and balance cash.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and ten-key calculators.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and perform balancing of ATM, cash drawers, gift cards, and end-of-day transactions.
• Accept and process commercial, consumer, and nonprofit client deposits and payments.
• Provide strong internal/external customer service and handle inquiries courteously.
• Educate clients on products/services to improve their financial health and refer to appropriate units.
• Assist with new account openings and loan applications; ensure compliance.
