Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year of banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and administrative procedures.

• Provide prompt, courteous, efficient service for customer banking matters.
• Identify customers per bank policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance procedures.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wire transfers, and other banking tasks.
• Assist with debit card maintenance and account changes.
• Develop relationships and cross-sell bank products to meet customer needs.
• Open and manage consumer and business accounts.
