Job summary

Jobtailor in Springfield, TN is seeking a customer-focused Teller to drive proactive needs-based conversations during service-to-sales interactions, teller transactions, and appointment setting.

You will maintain knowledge of retail banking products, process deposits and loans accurately, cross-sell services when appropriate, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential to build trust with customers.

Qualifications
