Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a client-centric banking role, transactional and consultative duties.
• Bilingual English/Spanish written and verbal communication preferred.
• Completion of Personal Banker School or related programs within first year is valued.
• Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, and fraud prevention is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate service for everyday banking transactions and maintain client confidence.
• Open/close accounts and manage ownership/beneficiary updates with accuracy and compliance.
• Engage in financial conversations to uncover client goals and cross-sell solutions.
• Guide customers through mobile and digital banking tools and promote self-service options.
• Educate on tools like mobile deposits, e-statements, and alerts to boost adoption.
• Assist with debit cards, mobile wallet, and ATM services for secure access.
