Job description

Job Title: Universal Banker - Float

We are currently seeking a full-time Universal Banker - Float to work out of our West Bend branch and support additional branches as needed. As a Universal Banker - Float, you will work with our members to help them achieve their financial goals and dreams. The role prioritizes providing superior service and making decisions that best serve our members while balancing the needs of the credit union.

This role is responsible for opening deposit accounts, discussing loan products and taking applications, and assisting the teller line.

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask
• Previous banking or sales experience
• Must have or be able to obtain an NMLS number
