Job Requirements:

1. Starting salary for Universal Banker position is $18.50 an hour and up, depending on experience.
2. Under direct supervision of an Assistant Manager or Community President, responsible for assisting customers in a dual role (Platform/60% Teller).
3. Deliver outstanding service with every customer interaction.
4. Perform teller transactions, service existing customers, and offer product and service solutions to customers or prospects when appropriate.
5. Complete all training, pass Banker Certification within 6 months of hire/promotion, and demonstrate ability to meet or exceed customer expectations.
6. Efficiently process customer transactions with integrity, accuracy, and knowledge.
7. Identify, expand, and deepen customer relationships by profiling customers and recommending suitable products and services.
8. Make referrals to other lines of business to meet customer needs.
9. Accurately open, maintain, and close deposit accounts and services.
10. Address customer questions and resolve account issues via phone and in person.
11. Engage in onboarding calls, follow-up activities, and reactive sales/cross-sell activities.
12. Maintain knowledge of WSB's systems, products, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
13. Operate in full compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience Required: 1-2 years of sales experience; 2-4 years of customer service experience.
• Preferred: 2-4 years of sales and customer service in branch banking.
• Certifications: Banker Certification required within 6 months of hire/promotion.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
