Job summary

Truist in Pennsylvania is seeking a customer-focused banking professional for a Regular, on-site role. You will handle client transactions, educate on digital banking, and support sales and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) efforts through outbound calls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a PC and basic software.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through smiling, courteous conversation and handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in all components of Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
