• Regulatory knowledge and procedures understanding.

• Senior Universal Banker: 2+ years in Universal Banker role; handling complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience by deepening relationships and offering financial solutions.
• Meet established sales and service goals by expanding customer relationships and solutions.
• Collaborate with partners to fulfill financial needs through lending, wealth management, and treasury services.
• Promote digital delivery and on-demand solutions across channels.
• Document transactions accurately and maintain customer pipelines.
• Perform teller duties including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Follow CTR, SAR, Reg CC procedures and mitigate fraud.
• Represent the bank in community activities to foster relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and procedures to engage customers effectively.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
