Qualifications

• Cash-handling and/or teller experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with account opening and digital banking is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to learn and explain bank products and digital tools.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify needs, and provide personalized service.
• Resolve customer inquiries and service issues promptly.
• Promote bank products and services and refer opportunities.
• Assist customers with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer daily and follow dual-control procedures.
• Verify negotiable instruments and identify potential fraud.
• Follow all security and compliance policies.
• Open consumer accounts and ensure complete documentation.
• Perform account maintenance including address changes.
• Educate customers on account features and requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
