Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with travel/overnights may occur.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience through transactions and upsell.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying needs.
• Understand IRM to deliver Truist solutions for clients.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
