Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Build genuine, lasting relationships with members and become their trusted financial resource.
• Originate and close consumer loans, credit cards, auto, and personal loans from application to funding.
• Open and manage accounts: checking, savings, IRAs, HSAs, and certificates.
• Recommend products that fit member needs; avoid hollow upsells and focus on real solutions.
• Guide members through mobile and online banking questions, acting as the tech-savvy resource.
• Show up at community events to grow Mutual First Credit's presence across Omaha.
• Aim to hit and beat goals as part of a team and celebrate collective success.
