Job summary

Mutual 1st Federal Credit Union in Omaha seeks a friendly Teller to serve our members with accuracy and care. You will handle cash transactions, explain products, and ensure a positive member experience in a fast-paced environment.

We value community focus, dependability, and a team-first attitude, with rotating Saturdays and a standard weekday schedule. This role offers hourly pay and direct interaction with 11,000+ members in the Omaha Metro area.

Qualifications

• Six months of financial industry, cash handling, and face-to-face customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple systems and process various transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy to follow procedures.
• Customer-focused with excellent service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our members in a consultative way and assist with all financial needs, ensuring they leave satisfied.
• Process a variety of financial transactions and work across multiple systems, sometimes concurrently.
• Maintain accuracy and follow internal audit procedures and controls.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting member relationships.

Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:15pm; Rotating Saturdays (8:45am - 12:00pm)

Is this you?

• Will partner with our members in a consultative way helping with all of their financial needs, answering all of their questions, and making sure they leave feeling taken care of.
• Comfortable processing a variety of financial transactions and working in multiple systems, sometimes at the same time.
• Has a keen eye for detail and accuracy to ensure internal audit and procedures are followed.
• Passion for providing excellent service
• Strongest candidates will have: at least six months of financial industry, cash handling, and face-to-face customer service experience.

Pay is $17.00/hour
