Mutual 1st in Omaha (serving the community since 1949) is seeking ambitious, competitive go-getters who want real upward momentum. You’ll be the trusted financial resource for 11,000 local members, helping with loans, accounts, and money planning.

You will build relationships, originate and close loans, open and manage accounts, guide members through mobile and online banking, and participate in community events to grow Mutual 1st's presence across Omaha.

Qualifications

• Prior banking or sales-driven customer service experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to build trust quickly and follow through on commitments.
• Comfort with learning new technology and using mobile/online banking tools.

Responsabilités

• Build genuine relationships with members and become their trusted financial resource.
• Originate and close consumer loans, credit cards, auto, and personal loans from application to funding.
• Open and manage accounts: checking, savings, IRAs, HSAs, and certificates.
• Recommend products that fit members' needs with real solutions.
• Guide members through mobile and online banking questions.
• Show up at community events to grow Mutual 1st's presence across Omaha.
• Compete to hit and beat goals as part of a results-driven team.
