What your day-to-day would be:

• Provide high-quality service to clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Establish rapport, understand needs, recommend solutions, and promote bank products and services.
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialists.
• Perform teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and issuing money orders.
• Balance cash drawer daily, report discrepancies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle client issues efficiently.
• Assist with branch operations like currency shipments, ATM balancing, and maintaining branch appearance.
• Strive to meet individual and branch goals, and stay informed about products and services.
• Engage in personal development activities for career growth.
• Maintain professionalism in appearance and work area, following company policies.

What it takes to be successful in this position:

• Basic PC skills (MS Windows and Office).
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

What you need to bring to the table:
