What You'll Do

• Support Customers' Financial Needs: Open consumer deposit accounts and assist with account maintenance requests.
• Help customers with debit card services, online banking, and general account inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with products and services that align with their goals.
• Partner with teammates and banking specialists to ensure customers receive comprehensive financial support.
• Process Transactions with Accuracy and Care: Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other financial transactions.
• Verify customer information and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain appropriate records.
• Follow established operational, security, and compliance procedures.
• Contribute to a Successful Branch Team: Work closely with branch teammates to achieve service and sales goals.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your knowledge and skills.
• Support branch operations and assist with opening and closing procedures.
