Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of cash handling, banking, or customer-facing retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and consultative sales skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and math skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Tech Savvy, proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile apps to assist customers with technology.

The Role

As a Universal Banker, you are the face of our bank. You will act as a trusted source for banking services to our clients, handling everything from everyday transactions to long-term goals. You will get the opportunity to combine the important role of the teller line and personal banking to offer one-stop convenience.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Service & Transactions: Accurately process routine teller transactions, manage your cash drawer and handle account maintenance.
• Relationship Building: Proactively greet clients, assess their financial needs, and provide consultative advice.
• Account Services: Assist customers with opening new checking, savings, and CD accounts.
• Product Education: Guide customers on utilizing our digital banking, mobile apps and account management tools.

Qualifications We Value
