Universal Associate I (Teller/New Accounts) (Administrative)
The Universal Associate I role involves providing timely and courteous customer service, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and exemplifying FCCBs standards of exceptional service. Responsibilities include assessing customer financial needs, promoting bank services and products, participating in sales and referral programs, maintaining daily transactions and balances, researching outages, balancing the drawer, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The role also requires identifying customer needs and developing solutions to exceed expectations, as well as constructive interaction with co-workers.
There are four levels within the Universal Associate role. The Universal Associate I specifically handles transaction processing, cash management, vault, ATM responsibilities, and opens and maintains deposit accounts for consumers and businesses, completing all necessary account maintenance.
Hours are approximately 40 per week, including some Saturday mornings, totaling about 2,080 hours per year.
