Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• General reading/comprehension of factory masters.

Responsibilities

• Operate the unitizer and related equipment with proper setup and safety.
• Ensure correct placement of bands, tags, and cover sheets; maintain proper stacking patterns.
• Scan barcodes on units and maintain accurate production records.
• Keep work area clean and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Adhere to production schedule and suggest improvements to meet cost, quality, and service goals.
