Job summary

Pratt Industries in Rockwall, TX is seeking a full-time Night Shift Operator to manage the unitizer and related equipment. You will setup, operate, wrap units, and ensure correct tagging and scanning, while meeting production and quality standards.

Responsibilities include data reporting, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety and housekeeping policies. Forklift experience and ability to work Sundays through Fridays nights are preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience required.
• Ability to read and follow factory master instructions.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate the unitizer and related equipment with proper setup.
• Place bands and stretch wrap correctly and ensure unit tags.
• Scan barcodes on units and ensure correct stacking.
• Maintain equipment and report repairs; adhere to schedule.
• Complete production and quality data reports.
• Follow safety policies and housekeeping procedures.
• Possibly operate forklift when needed.
