Job summary

i360 Property Management seeks a dependable Unit Turnover & Property Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance team in preparing vacant units and keeping properties clean and presentable. You will handle turnover tasks, light maintenance, inspections, and inventory coordination to ensure occupancy-ready units.

The role reports to the Maintenance Lead/Manager. Prior cleaning or maintenance experience is preferred; a valid driver's license is required for travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces.
• Basic understanding of cleaning methods, hand tools, and routine upkeep.
• Ability to identify minor maintenance issues and escalate when needed.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for new tenants using turnover checklists.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and closets.
• Replace light bulbs and routine consumables; check fixtures.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and assist with minor repairs.
• Inspect units for safety and readiness for occupancy.
• Maintain supplies and organize tools for turnover projects.
• Communicate progress to Maintenance Lead/Manager.
